– Totally agreed. I have recently heard people saying: ‘I’d like to see Guardiola coach Almeria’ or ‘Barcelona only win because of Messi, Xavi and Iniesta’.
They don’t understand what it takes to reach the top of the world. Skilled players definitely helps, but they need a leader who can motivate them, take them to the next level, keep them hungry for victory.
