One year ago today, the Spanish National Team achieved what many believed was impossible: Winning the FIFA World Cup after a tremendous display of attacking football.

The team was based around Pep Guardiola's Barça, with Xavi and Iniesta leading the midfield, Puyol and Pique protecting the back and Villa upfront scoring the goals when it mattered the most.

Busquets made a name for himself by stealing more balls than Paul The Octopus, Pedro was the spark that ignited the semifinals and Valdes was not given a chance to play as Del Bosque preferred Casillas.

All in all, a victory for Spain with a clear Blaugrana flavour.

What is your main World Cup 2010 memory?

I’m only 8 years old. I fell in love with football during World Cup 2010. During that season I start to know all the world best football players. I still remember when Argentina loses to Germany, I cried. It was the 1st time I cried because of football. I could not accept that Messi 'going home'. But during World Cup 2010 final, I started to know Spain and the players. And, I’m the happiest kid in the world when I knew that Messi and the best Spain players are all in the Greatest Team, FC Barcelona....!!!!
