Barça Video: Nolito's scoring streak continues at Benfica

Nolito, who joined Benfica from FC Barcelona this summer, has scored in his last 3 matches for his new Portuguese club!!!!

Nolito helped Benfica beat Arsenal 2-1 in the 'Eusebio Cup', showing the scoring flair he demonstrated during his time at Barça B could actually continue when given the confidence at a higher level in European club football.

- I'm sure you agree that, with Ibrahim Afellay and Jonathan Soriano injured plus Bojan and Jeffren gone, Nolito wouldn't have done any harm to the Pep Guardiola team right now... Having said that, I fully understand the reasons behind his departure and wish him all the best at Portugal.

NOLITO: I'M HAPPY TO SEE YOU ARE STILL SCORING GOALS AWAY FROM THE CAMP NOU, ALL THE BEST!!!!!

  1. Nolito has scored in the last 3 matches for Benfica. Was letting him go a mistake?

Buena suerte, Nolito! I wish he'd have gotten a place in the first team, he had a great spark, and still does. Miss you, Nolito! But also hope you're happy at your new club. Maybe, one day, you can return.

We sold too much youth players this season. Its painful. A loan is preferable...

‎@Michael...He was actually offered a first team promotion bt he wanted a club where he would play regularly + a better salary than what Barça offered.
