Open Letter To Pep Guardiola: THANK YOU for keeping Barça hungry >> Read My Mind

There are many teams in football history who win titles, many players who have unusual skills that make them visually attractive to the fans. But to reach the 'Legendary team' status you need to win titles, lots of them. And that is exactly what Pep Guardiola's Barça is all about: WINNING.

There are many teams in football history who win titles, many players who have unusual skills that make them visually attractive to the fans. But to reach the 'Legendary team' status you need to win titles, lots of them. And that is exactly what Pep Guardiola's Barça is all about: WINNING.

The core of our current FC Barcelona team is built around homegrown players whose blood has been blaugrana since birth and understand our club perfectly: How fans think, where we come from, how difficult it was for FC Barcelona to become a force in European football in the 1990s, nearly 100 years after our foundation in 1899.

Pep Guardiola has managed to gather a group of born champions who are taking the club to new heights, destroying every record there is to break. And not only that: He's managed to keep them hungry for victory by managing not only their performances on the pitch, but also modelling their personalities by mentoring them in their lives.

We are grateful to have born leaders such as Puyol or Xavi who lead our dressing room with an example of true professionalism and constant effort. We trust Valdes and Iniesta to have an increased role as spiritual figures in the near future. Young, experienced players such as Pique, Busquets, Pedro will add consistency and the new generation, led by Thiago, Montoya and Fontas, is already learning from the best. Then sign players such as Keita, Mascherano, Alves, Alexis who will add strength, pace, power and some skills the team may lack and... EUREKA!! You have the magic formula to continue to dominate football in years to come.

And don't think I'm forgetting SuperLeo Messi: The Argentinian star is simply the icing on the cake, the surprise element that makes us even more lethal. I feel words are not enough to explain how important La Pulga is to this team.

Numbers couldn't be any more immaculate. Since Pep took over as coach, Barça have won TWELVE out of 15 possible titles, one more than The Master Johan Cruyff. We now have more titles than Real Madrid in the all-time table, with 74 for us and 73 for the pretentious FORMER best club of the century. Xavi is the most successful player in FC Barcelona history with 18 titles in 580 matches. Our new signing Cesc Fabregas has now won 2 official FIFA titles in just 3 matches for our club. And the list of records continues!

The feeling in the city of Barcelona is that of total confidence in the team, the players and the future of our club. As a born Cule fan, I can only say THANK YOU to Pep Guardiola for leading the best era in Barça's long history.

THE PRESENT IS GOLDEN, THE PEP TEAM WILL ENSURE OUR FUTURE CONTINUES TO SHINE!!!!

Not only is Barca winning, but we are doing it with style, dignity and class. That has earned Barca universal respect throughout the world.

If the team stays motivated, and a certain opposition coach is ensuring that, our golden era should continue for a while yet.
