AC Milan are interested in signing Barcelona midfielder Seydou Keita, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be the key to sealing the move.

The Serie A giants were linked with the Mali international in August, and have allegedly regained interest in the player, who is seen as a potential replacement for Van Bommel and Ambrosini.

The Swede Diva is said to be pressuring his former team-mate into a move. Keita's contract expires in 2014.

- This is the sort of news the media creates when there isn't any action on the pitch: Simple, mostly unfounded rumours.

Pep was recently quoted saying 'Mascherano and Keita are my 2 girls, my Suns. Being a coach is about dealing with players like them', in an affectionate way.

Keita has Guardiola's full support but, personally, I wouldn't mind selling him if the offer was decent in terms of money. As far as I'm concerned, an offer around 18MILLeu for our 31-year-old would be sufficient. If Puyol, Pique, Abidal and Fontas continue to be fit, Mascherano could easily go back to his preferred midfield position, taking Keita's current role as holding midfielder.

Don't get me wrong, I feel Keita adds to the Barça squad in terms of strength, experience and professionalism but, let's be honest, we simply can't keep all our players forever, especially as the younger Barça B players keep knocking on Guardiola's door. Has anyone realised Oriol Romeu already has 15 appearances for Chelsea this season?

KEITA TO MILAN? GIVE US 18 MILLION EUROS, AND YOU CAN HAVE HIM!!!
