President Rosell attacks Real Madrid – Well, almost >> Read My Mind

Sandro Rosell: ‘Although it is not politically correct to say it, the Barça players won El Clasico against Real Madrid without any difficulty’

Sandro Rosell: ‘Although it is not politically correct to say it, the Barça players won El Clasico against Real Madrid without any difficulty’

Sandro Rosell: ‘It’s always a pleasure to be president of the club, but now much more. I want to congratulate all FC Barcelona fans’

Sandro Rosell: ‘The first Real Madrid goal was an accident. It could have happened at any stage of the game. But when we started to get possession of the ball and the midfielders took control, there was only going to be one outcome’

– I have openly critisized Rosell in the past for being over-cautious and respectful, especially during the Mou555inho – Vilanova eye-poking incident. Back then, I wrote:

I totally disagree and feel deeply ashamed that our president can be such a coward.

Real Madrid and Mou5inho have systematically attacked Barça both verbally (with the infamous PORQUE press conference) and, now, physically, in recent years. What else must they do so Rosell takes action against his buddy Florentino Perez? Kill Messi? RIDICULOUS!!!

I don’t buy the ‘focus on ourselves’ excuse. Does Rosell really think the Pep Team would stop scoring goals if the FC Barcelona legal department took action against Madrid? Don’t make me laugh!!!

ROSELL: YOU ARE HERE TO DEFEND OUR CLUB’S BEST INTEREST, NOT TO LET REAL MADRID TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US!!!!

Back to El Clasico:

Having our president celebrate our hard-earned achievements on the pitch can’t be a bad thing. I’d rather have a fair president who eventually shows his feelings than a well-spoken puppet.

Saying that beating Real Madrid was easy is obviously stupid. The game was far from easy: It was a hard-fought battle between the two best teams in world football. Yes, we won, but it could have gone either way. If Ronalda wasn’t so selfish, we may be singing a complete different song today.

Being a Barça supporter is all about heart, courage and passion. Good to see our president has some blood running through his veins, not milk.

ROSELL: NO NEED TO APOLOGISE FOR CELEBRATING A BARçA WIN AT THE BERNABEU. IF THEY DON’T LIKE IT, LET THEM BARK!!!!!!
