Marc-Andre Ter Stegen and Neymar fail to impress for Barcelona in Roma

Barcelona are not at their best yet and, with that in mind, the point gained in this 1-1 draw vs. Roma at the Estadio Olimpico can be interpreted as a fair reward after an unimpressive display in the Italian capital.

With the hosts fairly comfortable to sit back in their own defensive third and hoping for a quick break on the counter, it was down to Luis Enrique's men to take the initiative and chase the victory from the moment the ball started rolling.

Although Roma did cause Barcelona some problems on the rare occasions when they pushed further up the pitch, the visitors' overwhelming control of the game ensured that creative players such as Andres Iniesta and, especially, Lionel Messi had plenty of time to think of their next move.

Neymar played in deep.... tried create chances ... all of them tried...but failed ....In defensive contribution, Njr was better than Messi and Suarez either ... I won't say anything about Marc-André ter Stegen.. bcz sometimes it happens

Whenever Barca loss a match its a motivation for subsequent matches in the beginning of this year we lost to Moyes' Real Soseidad but since then we won matches upon matches to claim treble so no call Fo alarm I think its another treble year ....# losing the first match is a sign of retaining it

Ter Stegen spoilt the match, conceding poor goal, conceded 10 goals in 4 competitive matches this season. Enrique should use Bravo both in Champions League and La liga when he's fit again. Copa De Rel is enough for poor Ter Stegen

For sure it has always been like this for the start, even last season we loose to PSG n many people said barcelona performance is not impressive but today we ar champions. as far barcelona is concerned, failure calls for more successes.
