Barca to renew Oriol Busquets | Marca

Oriol Busquets will have his contract renewed by Barcelona over the course of the next few days. The board had already told the player’s agent, Jose Maria Orobitg, that they would like him to continue at the club, however, that contact had taken place at the end of November last year. Now they have taken one more step, and in the coming days a first meeting will take place to lay the foundations for the renewal of the contract. More here.

Barcelona very close to agreement for Gremio midfielder Arthur | Sport

In the last 24 hours, there have been significant movements in Barcelona’s move for Gremio’s Arthur. Barça want to invest 30 million on Arthur, which would include the commission for the player’s agent. Gremio, who have 60 percent of the economic rights, have made a counter offer of 36 million.
