Austrian midfielder and Bayern Munich star David Alaba has openly revealed that he could still see himself playing for another club or as he put it “taking a different path”, with interests emerging form La Liga giants Barcelona. “But I leave that decision open. I have goals for this season that I want to achieve, so there’s no room for that right now,” Alaba said during an interview with Austrian outlet Kurier.
According to the report, Barcelona have been kept on high alert regarding the defender, as they will look to table a bid offer to the Bavarians during the summer. Barcelona will take on Athletic Bilbao in Camp Nou Stadium. Several Primera Divison predictions show a home victory for the table leader.
